In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 To register and use raja4d's Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. raja4d strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all Services.
• You must be an individual natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online betting services is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended raja4d Account under any name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address.

2.2 Raja4d's primary target market is Indonesia. If you are accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Raja4d makes no representation that the Services are legal in any jurisdiction other than those in which the Platform is intentionally offered.

3.1 To access the Services, you must complete the raja4d registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.

3.2 You are strictly permitted to hold only one Account at any time. Any attempt to open duplicate accounts — whether through different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Raja4d will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account as a result of your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 You must notify raja4d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account by contacting our support team via live chat or the email address provided in Section 15.

3.5 Raja4d reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

3.6 All account information must be kept up to date. You may update your registered details by contacting our customer support team. Material changes (name, payment details) may require additional KYC verification before taking effect.

4.1 Deposits. Raja4d accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Raja4d does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.2 Payment Method Ownership. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit made from an account that does not match the registered details of your raja4d Account will be reversed and the originating Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Raja4d's target processing time for approved withdrawals is under five minutes for all supported local bank and e-wallet channels, subject to completion of KYC verification.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Raja4d may delay or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents have not been approved;
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled;
• A security review, fraud investigation, or regulatory compliance check is in progress;
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the Member's verified withdrawal limit pending enhanced due diligence;
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect that the Account or associated funds are connected to fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.

4.5 Currency. Raja4d does not support multi-currency accounts. All Account balances, transactions, and statements are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Raja4d is not responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred by Members who fund their accounts through payment instruments not denominated in IDR.

5.1 Raja4d may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, loyalty points, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible Members. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made avail able, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., low-margin markets, certain table game strategies) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

5.3 One Bonus Per Member. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim a specific promotion only once. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all bonus and real-money balances.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's Account without notice or compensation.

5.5 Abuse and Misuse. Raja4d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting promotion mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation, or acting in collusion with other Members.

6.1 All bets and game rounds placed through the Platform are final once confirmed. Raja4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of verified system error or where a specific game or market rule permits cancellation.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market, game, and bet type and are displayed within the Platform interface prior to bet placement. Raja4d reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual Members based on risk management considerations.

6.3 Results and Settlements. All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognized by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton). Settlement times may vary. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the result recorded by raja4d's official data provider shall be deemed conclusive.

6.4 Togel and Numbers Games. Draw schedules, prize tiers, and payout structures for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and related numbers games are published within the Platform. All draws are conducted using certified random number generation systems. Draw results are final and not subject to appeal.

6.5 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to dynamic odds changes and may be suspended at any time at raja4d's discretion, including during periods of high volatility or in response to significant in-game events. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid.

6.6 System Errors. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that results in the display of manifestly incorrect odds or game outcomes, raja4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's Account. Raja4d will not honor winnings derived from demonstrably erroneous odds or outcomes.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt betting activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering) through the Platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to eliminate risk and abuse promotional offers;
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring Account access credentials to any third party;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing raja4d staff or other Members via any communication channel.

7.2 Raja4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold all associated balances pending investigation, and to report any suspected criminal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8.1 Raja4d is required to verify the identity and age of all Members as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed and may be required before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

8.2 Required Documents. The standard KYC documentation required includes:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photographic identity document (Indonesian KTP, SIM, or passport);
• A selfie photograph of the Member holding the submitted identity document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., bank statement, e-wallet screenshot showing registered name).

8.3 Raja4d reserves the right to request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes, including proof of address or source of funds, particularly for Members with high transaction volumes.

8.4 All KYC documents submitted to raja4d are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity and age verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law.

8.5 Members who fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request, or who submit documents that cannot be verified, may have their withdrawal suspended and their Account placed under review.

9.1 Raja4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all Members with access to self-management tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

9.2 Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, raja4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

10.2 Raja4d shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to system downtime, loss of data, unauthorized account access resulting from Member negligence, or interruption of Services due to events beyond raja4d's reasonable control.

10.3 Raja4d's total aggregate liability to any individual Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude raja4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

11.1 All content on the raja4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of raja4d or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

11.3 Any unauthorized use of raja4d's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

12.1 Raja4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 Raja4d implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage protocols, to protect Member personal and financial information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

12.3 Raja4d may share Member data with third-party service providers strictly on a need-to-know basis for the purposes of payment processing, identity verification, fraud detection, and legal compliance. Raja4d does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting raja4d's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any pending withdrawal conditions.

13.2 Termination by raja4d. Raja4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Discovery that eligibility criteria were not met at the time of registration or have subsequently ceased to be met;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity;
• A request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority;
• Prolonged inactivity (an Account with no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

13.3 Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), raja4d reserves the right to withhold the entire Account balance pending investigation. Where criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be frozen indefinitely and reported to the relevant authorities.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law, as applied by the jurisdiction in which raja4d's operator entity is registered.

14.2 Raja4d operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform with internationally licensed operations. As online betting is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia, Members in Indonesia access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk and in full acknowledgment of the applicable laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

14.3 Any dispute between a Member and raja4d that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure (contact details in Section 15) shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, as designated by raja4d at the time the dispute is formally notified.

14.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and raja4d with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
